ABVMU Lucknow Recruitment 2026: Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University (ABVMU), U.P is going to conduct Walk-in-interview on 16th September, 2026 in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, U.P., Lucknow at 11.00 a.m. of eligible candidates, retired from Govt.,/Semi Govt./Govt. Corporate Bodies for appointment on the following posts on Contractual Basis:

Vacancy Details (पद रिक्ति विवरण)

Eligibility Criteria (पात्रता मानदंड)

• 1. Assistant Engineer (Civil):
  1. Candidate must have passed B.Tech (Civil).
  2. Retired from analogous or from higher Post.
• 2. Private Secretary:
  1. Graduate Degree from any recognised University.
  2. Must have a Speed of 80 wpm in Hindi Stenography & 25 wpm in Hindi Typing.
  3. Candidate must have CCC Certificate from DOEACC Or any equivalent Certificate from any Institute recognized by Government.
  4. Retired from analogous or from higher post.
• 3. Accountant:
  1. Bachelors Degree in Commerce from a University established in Law in India or a Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy from a recognised University/Institute by the Government, 55% & Above.
  2. Computer Knowledge.
  3. Retired from analogous or from higher post.Desirable: “O” Level Diploma in Computer operation from an Institute recognised by the Government.
• 4. Senior Assistant:
  1. Candidate must have passed Intermediate from UP Board or any equivalent exam.
  2. Typing Speed of 25 WPM & 30 WPM in Hindi & English.
  3. Candidates must have CCC certificate from DOEACC or any equivalent Certificate from any institute recognized by Government.
  4. Retired from analogous or from higher post.Desirable: Experience in Legal works.
• 5. Junior Assistant:
  1. Candidate must have passed Intermediate from UP Board or any equivalent exam.
  2. Typing Speet of 25 wpm & 30 wpm in Hindi & English.
  3. Candidates must have CCC certificate from DOEACC or any equivalent Certificate from any Institute recognized by Government.
  4. Retired from analogous or from higher post.

Salary Details (वेतनविवरण)

• Assistant Engineer (Civil): Rs. 77,418/- per month or Last pay drawn-pension, whichever is less.
• Private Secretary: Rs. 48,852/- per month or Last pay drawn-pension, whichever is less.
• Accountant: Rs. 48,852/- per month or Last pay drawn-pension, whichever is less.
• Senior Assistant: Rs. 40,296/- per month or Last pay drawn-pension, whichever is less.
• Junior Assistant: Rs. 29,946/- per month or Last pay drawn-pension, whichever is less.

Walk-in-interview will be held on 16th September, 2026 in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, U.P., Lucknow at 11.00 a.m. of eligible candidates, retired from Govt.,/Semi Govt./Govt. Corporate Bodies for appointment on Contractual Basis.

आवश्यक दस्तावेज (Required Documents)

Candidates should bring the following at the time of the Walk-in-Interview:

1. CV along with attested copies of all relevant documents.
2. Attested copy of P.P.O.
3. Three Recent Passport size Photographs.
4. Xerox Copies (Duly self-attested) of all relevant certificates and testimonials, against the credentials filled in application form, mandatory:
   • Aadhar Card
   • High School Certificate
   • Degree Certificate
   • Experience Certificate
   • Last Pay Slip
5. All original documents for verification.

महत्वपूर्ण दिशा-निर्देश (Important instructions)

1. Candidates should submit their CV along with attested copies of all relevant documents and attested copy of P.P.O at the time of interview.
2. The Maximum age limit is 64 years, to be reckoned on the date of Interview. The engagement is purely on contract basis for a limited period as specified above and will not vest any right to claim for Regularization/Regular appointment or Permanent absorption in the University or for continued contractual engage.
3. Tenure of contract will be initially for one year, which can be extendable upto 05 years on attaining the age of 65 years, subject to satisfactory performance and fulfilment of prescribed terms and conditions, or until the attainment of the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
4. No revision in Pay will be admissible during the contract period.
5. No TA/DA will be given for attending interview.
6. No. of posts mentioned (Vide supra), may increase or decrease.
7. A Declaration that the entries made by you in the application are correct to the best of your knowledge and that nothing has been left out intentionally. In case of false Declaration the application should be rejected.
