• Essential Qualification: B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture (Soil Science / Agronomy / Agricultural Microbiology) OR B.Sc. (Hons.) in Botany / Microbiology / Environmental Science / Biotechnology / Chemistry
• Desirable Qualification: Experience in Soil, Plant and Water analysis work in laboratory and field experimentation and preparation of scientific/ technical reports/ papers
• Age as on date of interview: Min. 21 years and max. 45 years with relaxation as per rule

• Young Professional-I (YP-I):
  • Essential Qualification: B.Sc. in Agriculture / Botany / Biotechnology / Environmental Science / Microbiology / Molecular Biology
  • Desirable Qualification: Experience in soil, plant and water analysis work in lab and field experimentation and preparation of scientific/technical reports / papers
  • Age as on date of interview: Min. 21 years and max. 45 years with relaxation as per rule
• Field Assistant (FA):
  • Essential Qualification: Matriculation with +2 Vocational in Agricultural related subject / Diploma in Agricultural related subject. OR Matric with two (02) years of working experience in agricultural related field work from reputed organization
  • Age as on date of interview: Min. 18 years and max. 50 years with relaxation as per rule

• Place of posting: ICAR-CRRI, Kataka / Cuttack
• Job Description (YP-I): Implementation of the project activities in the farmer’s field / field / Pot / data collection, data analysis, presentation, documentation of the result, official work etc.
• Job Description (FA): Agricultural field related work / laboratory work.

ଚୟନପ୍ର ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା (Selection Process)

• Walk-in-interview comprising written-cum-personal interview.
• In case of a large number of candidates appearing for the walk-in-Interview, a screening test may be conducted to shortlist candidates for interview.

• Eligible & desirous candidates are advised to bring one recent passport size photograph, original educational certificates (matriculation onwards) along with Xerox copy & experience certificate of relevant subject (as per advertisement) for appearing in the walk-in-interview.

1. The above position(s) is/are purely temporary and is co-terminus with the scheme/project. The service of appointed candidate will stand terminated automatically after expiry of the scheme/project or on completion of the period indicated in the offer of engagement, whichever is earlier and the candidate will not have any right for absorption in ICAR-CRRI/ICAR. The above age limits are relaxable for SC, ST and OBC candidates as per Govt. of India norms.
2. Director, ICAR-CRRI reserves the right to increase / decrease the number of position(s) or to cancel the recruitment process for the above position(s). The decision of the Director will be final and binding in all aspects.
3. All eligible candidates will be considered equally. However, preference may be given to candidates with work experience in ICAR institute.
4. No TA and DA for appearing in the interview are admissible.
5. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate liable to disqualification for the position.
