1. Name of the Post: Senior Technical Officer (Lab Support)

  • Direct Recruitment: BE/B-Tech (in relevant field) with minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance of large installations for institutes/industry where the Research & Scientific work is carried out.

2. Name of the Post: Senior Technical Officer (Scientific Facility Support)

• Essential Qualification & Experience: Graduate/PG Diploma in Financial Management/Materials Management/Personnel Management with minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounting/ Finance/Admin/ Purchase/ Establishment/Hospitality etc., in a similarly placed institution/large industry/institution. Knowledge of Tally ERP or similar package is essential. Out of the total experience, at least 3 years should be at a supervisory capacity.

9. Name of the Post: Junior Management Assistant

• Essential Qualification & Experience: Graduate in any discipline and knowledge of the use of personal computers and its applications is a must.
• Desirable: 4 years of experience in Administration/Accounts/Procurement/Purchase/Stores/Establishment/Secretariat will be preferred in Govt/AIs or similar organisations.

Salary Details (वेतनविवरण)

The post carries the Pay Levels as mentioned against each in the pay structure of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (Entry Level) and other benefits which include Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance (in lieu of accommodation), Transport Allowance, Children Education Allowance, Leave Travel Concession, and Medical Facilities applicable to the institute from time to time. The selected candidate will be covered under the National Pension System (NPS).

चयन प्रक्रिया (Selection Process)

Steps in the Selection process (Subject to change as per directions of Competent Authority):

• a. Submission of online application forms before the last date;
• b. Evaluation of application forms by the Scrutiny Committee;
• c. The final shortlisted candidates for the posts will be called for appearing for a CBT and interview, Skill Test, and Trade Test (where applicable).
• d. The scheme of examination and syllabus (where applicable), shall be promulgated separately.
• e. The final result shall be uploaded on the institute’s website upon completion of the recruitment process and approval of the competent authority.

Exemption from Payment of Application Fee:

आवश्यक दस्तावेज (Required Documents)

1. Photograph and Signature (to be uploaded with the online application).
2. Supporting certificates for SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen & PwBD candidates (for fee exemption and reservation/relaxation claims).
3. Valid OBC (NCL) certificate for Financial Year 2026-27, issued on or after 01.04.2026 (for OBC-NCL candidates).
4. Valid Income & Asset Certificate based on Financial Year 2025-26, issued on or after 01.04.2026 (for EWS candidates).
5. Benchmark Disability Certificate certifying not less than 40% benchmark disability (for PwBD candidates).
6. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer at the time of Skill Test/interview (for candidates employed in Govt/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies/State Govt).
7. Original documents relating to educational qualifications, experience, category, and other claims for verification.
8. Valid documentary evidence for post-qualification experience:
   • For Govt/Autonomous Bodies/CPSEs: appropriate experience certificates and, where applicable, equivalence certificates for pay scales.
   • For Private sector/contractual employment: proof of Total Monthly Emoluments (TME), designation, nature of duties, duration, and terms of employment.

महत्वपूर्ण दिशा-निर्देश (Important instructions)

1. All direct recruitment appointments shall be subject to a probation period of two (02) years.
2. Applications submitted online must be complete in all respects, including uploading of photograph, signature, and successful payment of the prescribed fee, where applicable. Applications that are incomplete, defective, or contain inappropriate/illegible uploads shall be summarily rejected without notice, and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
3. Candidates must ensure that they satisfy all eligibility conditions prescribed in the advertisement before applying. The crucial date for determining eligibility, including age, educational qualifications, and experience, shall be the closing date of submission of applications.
4. Application fees, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are advised to verify their eligibility prior to payment. However, in cases where the Competent Authority decides to withdraw/cancel/close the advertisement due to administrative reasons and approves a refund of the application fee, the refund shall be restricted to the application fee amount only, excluding GST.
