Eligibility Criteria (पात्रता मानदंड)

1. Lecturer (Plastics/Polymers & Mechanical) Engineering/Technology

• Educational Qualification & Experience:
  • Full time Bachelor’s degree with First Class or equivalent in Engineering / Technology in the relevant discipline. If the candidate has a full time Master’s degree in Engineering / Technology, First Class or equivalent is required at full time Bachelors or Masters level.Experience: At least 1 year teaching experience in Polytechnic / Engg. College. Preference shall be given to M.E / M. Tech. holder with First ClassOR
  • Full time Bachelor’s degree with First Class or equivalent in Engineering /Technology in the relevant discipline. If the candidate has a full time Master’s degree in Engineering / Technology, First Class or equivalent is required at full time Bachelors or Masters level; and Ph.D in the relevant discipline.
• Age Limit: Must be below 65 years
• Maximum Term of Engagement on contract: 1 Year (Renewable upto 3 years based on performance and requirement)
• Essential Skill Sets:
  • Should have good oral and written communication skills
  • Competency in Hands-on experience in handling sophisticated equipments/ machineries
  • Aptitude towards Teaching in the field of Polymer/ Plastics Engineering & Technology / Mechanical

2. Lecturer (Mathematics, English, Physics, Computer Science & IT)

• Educational Qualification & Experience:
  • Minimum Qualification: Full time First Class Masters degree in relevant discipline with First Class or equivalent at full time Bachelor’s or Master’s level
  • Experience: At least 1 year teaching experience in polytechnic / Engg. College.
• Age Limit: Must be below 65 years
• Maximum Term of Engagement on contract: 1 Year (Renewable upto 3 years based on performance and requirement)
• Essential Skill Sets:
  • Should have good oral and written communication skills
  • Competency in Hands-on experience in handling sophisticated equipments/ machineries as per the requirement / Handling Language labs pertaining to English subject.
  • Aptitude towards Teaching in the respective fields

3. Assistant Placement Consultant

• Educational Qualification & Experience:
  • Full time graduate in any discipline with two years experience in the relevant area.OR
  • M.B.A.(HRM/PM) with one year experience in the relevant area
• Age Limit: Must be below 65 years
• Maximum Term of Engagement on contract: 1 Year (Renewable upto 3 years based on performance and requirement)
• Essential Skill Sets:
  • Good Liaison Skills
  • Assess Students capability
  • Promote continual improvement as part of the cycle of Proving standard placements to the students
  • Should have good oral and written communication skills

Salary Details (वेतनविवरण)

• Lecturer (Plastics/Polymer, Mechanical, Mathematics, English, Physics, Computer Science & IT): Rs.30,000/- to Rs.35,000/- p.m.
• Assistant Placement Consultant: Rs.35,000/- p.m. (Consolidated Remuneration)

The Institute reserves the right to screen and call to participate in the selection process only such candidates who have been recommended by the Screening Committee. Mere fulfilling the eligibility conditions will not automatically entitle a candidate to be called for participating in the selection process. Personal, academic, professional and all other details of candidates, basis for short listing, bench mark by the Screening Committee, all reports of the Selection Committee and each and every information in respect of the selection process shall be maintained in strict confidence and will not be revealed to anyone under whatsoever circumstances.

• Capability to maintain effective working relationship in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment is a mandatory requirement.
• Canvassing in any form and or bringing in any influence, political or otherwise, will be treated as a disqualification on the part of applicant’s candidature.
