Utkal University Recruitment 2026: Utkal University Odisha is going to conduct Walk-in interview for the position of Project Assistant (one post) in Mukhyamantri Research Innovation (MRI), Extramural Research Funding under MRIP-2025 (25EM/BOT/27), Odisha State Higher Education Council (OSHEC), Government of Odisha, in the Department of Botany at 11 am on 18-09-2026.

- Position: Project Assistant / Research Assistant
- Number of Posts: One post
- Project Title: “Valorization of Fruit Waste for the Extraction of Bioactive Compounds and Their Potential Applications”
- Funding Agency: Mukhyamantri Research Innovation (MRI), Extramural Research Funding under MRIP-2025 (25EM/BOT/27), Odisha State Higher Education Council (OSHEC), Government of Odisha
- Nature and Duration of Post: The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project, which is sanctioned for a maximum period of 22 months.
Eligibility Criteria (ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ମାପଦଣ୍ଡ)
- Qualification: M.Sc. with a minimum 55% or equivalent CGPA in Botany/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Environmental Science.
- Age: The upper age limit for project assistant is 30 years at the time of appointment.
Salary Details (ଦରମା ବିବରଣୀ)
- Fellowship: Fellowship per month: 12,000/- (Twelve thousand per month)
