DRDO CVRDE ITI Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Combat Vehicles Research & Development Establishment (CVRDE), Avadi, Chennai invites applications from eligible candidates for apprenticeship training through WALK-IN INTERVIEW as per details below:-

1. आईटीआई प्रशिक्षु / ITI Apprentice Trainees

Eligibility Criteria (पात्रता मानदंड)

भाग – 2 आयु सीमा (01/09/2026 तक) / Part – 2 Age Limit (As on 01/09/2026)

• न्यूनतम आयु सीमा: 18 वर्ष | अधिकतम आयु सीमा: अनारक्षित 27 वर्ष, OBC 30 वर्ष, SC/ST – 32 वर्ष, PWD – 37 वर्ष
• Minimum Age limit: 18 years | Maximum Age limit: Unreserved category – 27yrs, OBC – 30yrs, SC/ST – 32yrs, PWD – 37yrs

भाग – 5 आवश्यक अर्हता योग्यता / Part-5 Essential Qualification

1. NCVT/SCVT द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त आईटीआई से न्यूनतम दो वर्ष की अवधि वाले ट्रेड में उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए (COPA, पेंटर, प्लंबर और वेल्डर को छोड़कर)।Candidates should have passed out from the ITI duly recognized by NCVT/SCVT as per Gazette Notification of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, with minimum two years duration except for the Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA), Painter, Plumber, Welder and Food Production.

Salary Details (वेतनविवरण)

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend ranging from Rs. 10,560/- to Rs. 11,040/- based on the trade trade:

• Rs. 10,560/- for COPA, Painter, Welder, Computer Networking Technician, Computer & Peripherals hardware repair & maintenance mechanic, CAD-CAM Operator Cum Programmer, Food Production (General).
• Rs. 11,040/- for Draughtsman (Mechanical), Electrician, Fitter, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Machinist, Plumber, Turner, Electronics Mechanic, Sheet Metal Worker, Photographer, Book Binder.

चयन प्रक्रिया (Selection Process)

भाग – 6 चयन प्रक्रिया / Part-6 Selection Process

1. आईटीआई में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर शॉर्टलिस्ट करके वॉक-इन इंटरव्यू के माध्यम से चयन किया जाएगा।Selection will be carried out by short listing on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying exam (ITI) followed by walk-in interview.
2. चयनित उम्मीदवारों को सीवीआरडीई, आवडी, चेन्नई में मौके पर ही नियुक्त-पत्र दिया जाएगा।Selected candidates will be awarded joining letter on the spot at CVRDE, Avadi, Chennai-600 054.

आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया (How to Apply)

भाग – 7 वॉक-इन इंटरव्यू / Part-7 WALK-IN INTERVIEW

1. वॉक-इन इंटरव्यू दिनांक 08/09/2026 to 09/09/2026 को सुबह 09:00 बजे से शाम 05:00 बजे तक आयोजित किया जाएगा।The WALK-IN INTERVIEW will be conducted on 08/09/2026 to 09/09/2026 at 09:00 A.M to 05:00 P.M.
2. उम्मीदवारों को सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेजों के साथ निर्धारित स्थान पर रिपोर्ट करना होगा।Candidates are required to report at the venue along with all the documents listed below for verification.

आवश्यक दस्तावेज (Required Documents)

All applicants are required to bring the documents mentioned below along with the application:

1. 10th or 12th Mark sheet and Certificate / 10वीं या 12वीं की अंकसूची और प्रमाण-पत्र
2. ITI Mark sheets and NCVT/SCVT Certificate / आईटीआई की अंकसूचियां और NCVT/SCVT प्रमाण-पत्र
3. Caste Certificate (if applicable) / जाति प्रमाण-पत्र (यदि लागू हो)

भाग – 3 महत्त्वपूर्ण निर्देश / Part – 3 Important Instructions

प्रशिक्षण की अवधि प्रशिक्षु अधिनियम 1961, प्रशिक्षुता नियम और समय-समय पर होने वाले संशोधनों के अनुसार होगी।

Duration of training will be strictly in accordance with Apprentices Act, 1961, Apprenticeship Rules and its amendments from time to time.

1. NCVT/SCVT MIS पोर्टल (https://ncvtmis.gov.in) पर आईटीआई उम्मीदवारों का रजिस्ट्रेशन अनिवार्य है। आवेदन करते समय पंजीकरण संख्या अपलोड करना होगा और वॉक-इन इंटरव्यू / दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के समय इसे सत्यापित किया जाएगा।Registration of ITI candidates on NCVT/SCVT MIS portal (https://ncvtmis.gov.in) is mandatory. The registration No. is to be provided while filling the application and this No. is liable to be verified at the time of walk-in interview / Document verification.
2. केवल वे उम्मीदवार योग्य हैं जिन्होंने वर्ष 2023/2024/2025/2026 में परीक्षा पास की है। 2023 से पहले पास करने वाले योग्य नहीं हैं।For Apprentice trainees, candidates who have passed in the year 2023/2024/2025/2026 are only eligible to apply. Candidates who have passed the qualifying exam earlier than 2023 are not eligible.
3. वैधता (Validity) समाप्त OBC प्रमाण पत्र स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।OBC certificate whose validity has expired would not be accepted.
4. NCVT/SCVT बोर्ड से आईटीआई प्रमाण-पत्र वाले उम्मीदवार पात्र हैं।Candidates having ITI certificate from NCVT/SCVT Board are eligible to apply.
