Dharanidhar University Keonjhar Guest Faculty Eligibility Criteria

• General Requirement: The candidates must have possessed 55% marks in post-graduation level or equivalent grade in concerned/relevant subject applied for. The Candidates with higher qualification / Experience will be given preference.
• Perspectives in Education / Pedagogy Language (English/Odia), Social Science, Mathematics & Physical Science / Fine Art, Physical Education and Yoga: As per the NCTE regulation-2014 and it’s subsequent amendments from time to time.

Dharanidhar University Keonjhar Guest Faculty Salary Details

• There is a provision of consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 35,000/- to be paid to Guest Faculties.

Important Instructions

1. Nature of Engagement: The engagement of guest faculty is purely temporary, initially for a period of 09 months, w.e.f. the date of joining the assignment or posting of regular faculties whichever is earlier depending upon the satisfactory performance reviewed by the competent authority.
2. No Regularization Claim: In no circumstance, the engaged guest faculty shall claim for regular employment and for this, they have to give an undertaking on Non-Judicial stamp paper and he/she shall abide by the rules and regulations framed by the University from time to time. This engagement will not confer any right to claim for the post on regular basis.
3. Duties & Duties Remuneration: The Candidates have to discharge other administrative and extracurricular activities as and when required by the University authority. No extra remuneration will be allowed/ claimed for the administrative and extracurricular activities.
4. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for the purpose of attending the interview/joining.
5. Vacancy Variation: Requirement position of Guest Faculty may vary depending upon the availability of resources.
6. Authority Rights: The authority reserves the right to cancel the engagement without giving any reason thereof.
7. Declaration Warning: Misinformation shall be dealt firmly and candidates may be prosecuted if any misinformation of serious nature and fraud is found at a later date.
