- For Deputy General Manager, a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification executive experience in the power sector is needed, with at least 10 years in renewable energy developers of solar and/or wind projects, including 2 years of site experience in project construction, erection, or commissioning. PSU applicants must have 2 years of experience in the scale of Rs. 80,000-2,20,000 or equivalent.
Upper Age Limits:
- Assistant Engineer: 40 years
- Deputy General Manager: 44 years
- Age relaxations are applicable for SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates as per government guidelines.
