EMRS Gholeng Recruitment 2026: The Office of the Principal, Eklavya Adarsh Awasiya Vidyalaya (EMRS) Gholeng, Jashpur (Chhattisgarh) has officially released EMRS Gholeng Jashpur Recruitment notification for the academic session 2026-27. This recruitment aims to fill various teaching (PGT, TGT) and non-teaching positions on a purely temporary/guest basis under the CBSE pattern (English Medium).
Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications via registered post or in-person up to July 20, 2026, followed by Walk-in Interviews scheduled from July 23 to July 25, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria & Monthly Salary for EMRS Gholeng Recruitment
The qualifications are aligned with the National Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) guidelines.
1. Post Graduate Teachers (PGT)
- Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized university along with a B.Ed. degree (B.Ed. is not required if the candidate possesses a 4-year integrated degree). For PGT Computer Science, an M.Sc. (CS/IT), MCA, M.E., or M.Tech (CS/IT) is required.
- Age Limit (as of 01.01.2026): 21 to 40 years.
- Salary: ₹35,000 per month (Fully qualified as per NESTS) / ₹31,000 per month (If fully qualified criteria are not met).
2. Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT)
- Qualifications: 4 years integrated degree course from NCERT/NCTE or a Bachelor’s Degree with requisite elective subject combination studied in all three years. Must have cleared Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET Paper-II) (STET Paper-II may be considered if CTET candidates are unavailable). Proficiency in teaching through Hindi and English is mandatory.
- TGT Music: Bachelor’s Degree in Music.
- TGT P.T.I. (Female): Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.).
- Age Limit (as of 01.01.2026): 21 to 35 years.
- Salary: ₹33,000 per month (Fully qualified as per NESTS) / ₹29,000 per month (If fully qualified criteria are not met).
3. Counselor
- Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology from a recognized university, plus a 1-year Diploma in Guidance & Counseling. The candidate must have studied the local language up to Class VIII.
- Salary: Consolidated ₹35,400 per month.
4. Staff Nurse (Female)
- Qualifications: B.Sc. (Hons.) in Nursing or regular B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing. Must be registered with the State Nursing Council and possess 2.5 years of experience in a 50+ bedded hospital.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
- Salary: Consolidated ₹29,200 per month.
Note on Age Relaxations: Upper age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, and other reserved categories will be applicable as per the Government of India directives.
Selection Process for EMRS Gholeng Jashpur Recruitment
The selection list for EMRS Gholeng Vacancy will be prepared based on a merit breakdown weightage of the applicant’s academic scores, continuous teaching experience (1 mark per year, maximum up to 5 marks), medium of education (extra marks for English Medium instruction background), and performance in the walk-in interview.
- PGT Weightage: Higher Secondary (10%), Graduation (20%), Post Graduation (50%), English Medium background (up to 5 marks), Experience (up to 5 marks), and Interview (10 marks).
- TGT Weightage: Higher Secondary (30%), Graduation (50%), English Medium background (up to 5 marks), Experience (up to 5 marks), and Interview (10 marks).
