1. L1 Systems Engineer (VMware / Windows / Linux / GPU)
- Overall Experience: Minimum 3 years of overall relevant experience.
- Track Experience: At least 2 years in the relevant track.
- Mandated Certifications / Skill Set:
- VMware Certified Associate (VCA).
- System admin certification (RHCSA) or (MCSA).
2. L1 Systems Engineer (OCP / Linux)
- Overall Experience: Minimum 3 years of overall relevant experience.
- Track Experience: At least 2 years in OpenShift & RHCSA.
- Mandated Certifications / Skill Set:
- Hands-on experience in Open Shift & Linux administration tracks.
- Must hold validation or certification in RHCSA.
3. L2 Systems Engineer (VMware / Windows / Linux)
- Overall Experience: Minimum 5 years of overall relevant experience.
- Track Experience: At least 3 years in the relevant track.
- Mandated Certifications / Skill Set (Must possess at least two certifications from below):
- VMware VCP-DCV
- Red Hat RHCE for Linux admin
- MCSA / Windows Server Hybrid Admin Associate
- NVIDIA DGX Systems Administrator or equivalent/higher
4. L2 Systems Engineer (Linux & Open Shift Admin)
- Overall Experience: Minimum 5 years of overall relevant experience.
- Track Experience: At least 3 years in various tracks.
- Mandated Certifications / Skill Set (Must hold at least two relevant certifications from below):
- RH Certified Specialist in Open Shift Administration
- RHCSA / RHCE for Linux system administration
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent/higher
5. L3 Systems Engineer (VMware, Open Shift & Windows)
- Overall Experience: Minimum 8 years of overall relevant experience.
- Track Experience: At least 5 years in various tracks.
- Mandated Certifications / Skill Set (Must hold at least two relevant certifications):
- Advanced level VMware / Open Shift / Kubernetes certification.
- Relevant validation in system administration (Windows and Linux).
6. L1 Storage / Backup Engineer
- Overall Experience: Minimum 3 years of overall relevant experience.
- Track Experience: At least 2 years in a similar track.
- Mandated Certifications / Skill Set:
- Storage and SAN Switch experience with relevant certifications of NetApp.
7. L2 Storage / SAN / Backup
- Overall Experience: Minimum 5 years of overall relevant experience.
- Track Experience: At least 3 years in technology tracks.
- Mandated Certifications / Skill Set:
- The engineer must have a valid Professional level certification.
8. L3 Storage / SAN / Backup
- Overall Experience: Minimum 8 years of overall relevant experience.
- Track Experience: At least 4 years in technology track.
- Mandated Certifications / Skill Set:
- Must hold at least one advanced certification in a storage solution.
- Relevant certifications for backup or SAN switch management.
9. L1 Network Engineer
- Overall Experience: Minimum 3 years of overall relevant experience.
- Track Experience: At least 1 year in technology tracks.
- Mandated Certifications / Skill Set:
- Foundational troubleshooting, provisioning, and routing track skills.
- Good experience on AI Switch.
10. L2 Network Engineer
- Overall Experience: Minimum 5 years of overall relevant experience.
- Track Experience: At least 2 years in technology tracks.
- Mandated Certifications / Skill Set:
- Relevant certification in network administration intermediate / Professional level.
- Good Experience on NVIDIA SN5600 Ethernet Switch Administration (AI Switch).
