Tenure of Contract: The initial engagement will be for a period of 3 years. This contract can be extended by another 2 years based on performance reviews and organizational requirements.
Eligibility Criteria for HUDCO Specialist Recruitment

2. Educational Qualifications & Preferred Certifications for HUDCO Specialist Recruitment
- Chief Information Security Officer (CISO):
- Degree: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, Network and Information Security (ITNS), Internet of Things (IIOT), Software Engineering, Mathematics and Computing (MCE/MAC), System/Computer Application, OR an MCA, OR a Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/IT/Systems. Candidates must possess a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent CGPA.
- Preferred Certifications: Industry-leading credentials such as CISSP, CISM, CCISO, CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, or ISO Lead Auditor (27001, 223001, etc.) are highly desirable. Any other globally recognized cyber security or cyber risk certifications are also welcomed.
- Asset Development Specialist:
- Degree: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with at least 60% marks or an equivalent CGPA.
- Desirable: An MBA or a 2-year Post Graduate specialization in Finance, Construction Management, or a Master’s in Construction Technology.
- Preferred Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, FIDIC Certified Contract Manager, MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), or any other globally recognized construction, project, or asset management certifications.
3. Professional Experience required for HUDCO Specialist Recruitment
- Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Please note that teaching or sabbatical periods will not be counted as valid experience.
- For CISO: Preference will be given to professionals with prior experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
- Current Pay/CTC Criteria:
- Candidates currently working in CPSEs, Public Sector Banks, or Government departments must have at least 1 year of experience in the E-6 pay scale (₹90,000–2,40,000 IDA scale) or an equivalent pay scale held in a substantive capacity.
- Candidates applying from the private sector, or from government setups where pay scales are not compatible, must have been drawing a minimum Cost to Company (CTC) of ₹34.09 lakhs in the preceding year.
- This lower pay scale experience criteria is waived for candidates currently working in substantive E-7 pay scales or higher within Government organizations, PSUs, or PSBs.
Salary and Remuneration for HUDCO Specialist Recruitment
HUDCO offers a highly competitive compensation package for these specialist roles. The total Cost to Company (CTC) breaks down as follows:
- Total Fixed Remuneration: ₹43,20,000 per annum (includes Basic Pay of ₹1,80,000/month, HRA, Allowances, PF, Medical Policy Reimbursement, and Gratuity)
- Variable Pay: ₹10,80,000 per annum (released upon completion of 1 year based on the performance of the incumbent)
- Total CTC: ₹54,00,000 per annum
An annual increment of up to 5% may be allowed based on annual performance reviews. Additionally, selected professionals will be entitled to official travel allowances (TA/DA) at par with a General Manager (E-7 grade) of HUDCO after joining.
