Sainik School Satara Recruitment- Eligibility and Educational Qualifications
To maintain high standards of education and administration, Sainik School Satara has defined strict eligibility criteria for each role:
- TGT Posts (Maths, Hindi, Social Science, Marathi): Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks. A B.Ed. degree is mandatory, and candidates must have qualified in CTET or STET Paper II. Proficiency in English and experience in residential public schools are highly desirable.
- Art Master: A four-year or five-year recognized Diploma/Degree in Fine Arts (Drawing/Painting/Sculpture/Graphic Arts/Crafts) is required. Working knowledge of computers and experience in a residential school are preferred.
- Music Teacher: Candidates should have five years of study in a recognized Music Institution or a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from a recognized University. Examinations like Sangeet-Visharad are also accepted.
- Medical Officer: An MBBS degree is the primary requirement. The selected candidate must reside within 5 kms of the school and be available via telephone for emergencies.
- Ward Boy/Matron: Applicants must have passed Matriculation and possess the ability to converse fluently in English. Attainments in sports or arts are considered an advantage.
- Lab Assistant (Physics): Requires Intermediate Science (Class 12) or equivalent with Physics, securing at least 50% marks.
