Eligibility Criteria for OSWC Recruitment
1. Educational Qualification
- Assistant Superintendent: Candidates must have an MBA (specializing in HR, Personnel, Industrial Relation, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Finance Management) or a BBA with at least 60% marks. Alternatively, a B.Sc. in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, or Chemistry (Hons.) with minimum marks is accepted. Proficiency in computers (Word, Excel, Internet) is required.
- Warehouse Assistant: Any Graduate with computer knowledge.
2. Age Limit
- Candidates must be between 21 and 42 years old as of April 1, 2026.
