Vacancy at Pusa Campus ICAR-NBPGR New Delhi : ICAR-NBPGR New Delhi has released the official notification for the engagement of JRF(Junior Research Fellow) in the Pusa campus.

Interested candidates can attend a walk-in or online interview for the position of Junior Research Fellow under a NECTAR-funded project at ICAR-NBPGR, New Delhi. The candidate need to go through the following vacancies details for applying the post.

Remuneration
i) ₹31,000/- plus HRA will be provided to
a. candidates who have qualified a recognized national eligibility test such as CSIR-UGC NET (including for lectureship/Assistant Professorship) or GATE.
b. The selection process based on national-level examinations conducted by Central Government departments and their affiliated agencies or institutions, including DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IITs, IISc, IISERs, NISER, and others.
ii) ₹25,000/- plus HRA will be given to scholars who do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in point. From the third year onward, these scholars will receive ₹28,000/- plus HRA.

General Terms and Conditions:

  1. Candidates must verify their eligibility, including age and qualifications, before attending the interview.
  2. Only those meeting the essential qualification criteria will be considered for the interview.
  3. No travel allowance (TA/DA) or official accommodation will be provided for attending the interview.
  4. The position is purely temporary and will end with the conclusion of the project.
  5. The decision of the Institute’s Director will be final and binding in all matters.
  6. The Director reserves the right to terminate the appointment at any point before the project’s completion, without entertaining any appeals.
  7. Applicants must submit a scanned PDF of all relevant documents, including certificates and mark sheets, along with a detailed bio-data and a passport-size photo. Original documents will be verified at the time of joining.
  8. If any discrepancies or false information are found at any stage, the candidate’s application or selection is liable to be cancelled.
  9. Salary disbursement will depend on the quality of work and the availability of funds from the sponsoring agency.
  10. Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of New Delhi only
