Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Post Graduate degree from a recognized institution with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject.
- B.Ed. Degree from an NCTE recognized institution.
- Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English media.
- Age Limit (as of April 1, 2026):
- Minimum: 21 years.
- Maximum: 45 years.
- Honorarium:
- For fully qualified candidates: ₹35,000 per month.
- For those not meeting full NESTS criteria: ₹31,000 per month.

Selection Process for Recruitment at EMRS Surajpur Chhattisgarh
Selection will be based on a weightage system including academic scores and experience:
- Graduation Marks: 25% weightage.
- Post-Graduation Marks: 40% weightage.
- Experience: Up to 5 marks for general teaching experience and up to 5 marks for EMRS-specific experience.
- Interview: 25 marks.
