Eligibility Criteria (As of January 31, 2026)
1. Age Limit
- Manager: 24 to 35 years (includes relaxation for ST).
- Deputy Manager: 21 to 33 years (includes relaxation for ST).
- Note: PwBD candidates receive an additional 10-year relaxation, and Ex-servicemen receive 5 years.
2. Educational Qualifications & Experience
All candidates must have at least 50% aggregate marks in a full-time 3-year Graduation course.
- Manager (Internal Audit):
- Qualification: MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS (Finance/International Business/Foreign Trade) or CA.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a scheduled commercial bank or financial institution in internal/credit audit (Scale I or equivalent).
- Deputy Manager (HRM):
- Qualification: MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS with specialization in HR/Personnel Management.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in HR functions like recruitment, training, or manpower planning.
- Deputy Manager (Administration):
- Qualification: MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS in Hotel/Hospitality/Facilities Management.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in housekeeping, security, property maintenance, or general administration.

- Exam Centres: Written exams will be held in Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai, New Delhi, and Guwahati.
