Eligibility Criteria
1. Director (Finance & Administration)
- Educational Qualification: Graduate, preferably a Post Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or Humanities.
- Experience: 10–15 years in Finance and Administration within the Central Government. Must be conversant with budgeting, audit, accounts, and establishment matters.
- Age Limit: * Deputation: Preferably 40–45 years; maximum 56 years.
- Contract: Maximum 62 years.
2. Joint Director (Project/Technical)
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering. Preference given to those with a Post Graduate degree in Highway, Transportation, or Civil Engineering with relevant specializations.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Civil Engineering works specifically related to road construction.
- Age Limit:
- Deputation: Preferably 30–45 years; maximum 56 years.
- Contract: Maximum 62 years.
Important Terms for Contractual Consultants
- Duration: Initially for one year, extendable based on performance.
- Location: The headquarters will be in New Delhi.
- Leave Policy: * Retired Govt. Officials: 1.5 days of paid leave for each completed month of service.
- Others: 8 days of Casual Leave (CL) and 2 days of Restricted Holiday (RH) per year.
- Remuneration: * Retired Govt. Officials: Fixed monthly amount calculated by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at retirement.
- Others: Annual increase of 5% on consolidated monthly remuneration if the contract extends beyond a year.
