Eligibility Criteria
All positions are to be filled via deputation. General requirements include:
- Registrar: Must hold an analogous post on a regular basis or have 5–10 years of regular service in Level-11 or Level-10. Requires a Master’s Degree and sound knowledge of administrative/financial rules.
- Deputy Registrar: Must hold an analogous post or have 3 years of regular service in Level-07. Requires a Master’s Degree and 3 years of administrative experience.
- Accounts Officer: Officers from Central/State Govt or PSUs holding analogous posts or with 5 years of service in Level-06. Requires a Degree and experience in cash, accounts, and budget work.
- Personal Secretary: Officers holding analogous posts or with 5–11 years of regular service in Level-06 or Level-05.
