OR (b) Graduate with 02 years MBA or Masters/PG Diploma in Tourism/ Travel with minimum 55% marks from Govt. recognized University/ Institute in India | 13 years or more of post-qualification professional experience in an executive role in the travel and tourism industry. (i) Executives currently employed by or previously employed by the government, PSU, etc., should have one year of experience at a scale below, such as Rs. 60000-180000/- for IDA revised E-3 level or Rs. 67,700-2,08,700/- for regularly revised CDA. OR (ii) Executives who are or have been employed in the public sector and are not covered by Pt(i) above must have earned at least Rs. 18 lakhs in CTC annually for the previous 12 months (not including PRP money). Desirable: Applicants with previous experience in cargo and logistics will have a clear advantage. |
Manager (F&A) | CA / ICWA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (with specialization in finance) / MBA (Finance) with 55% marks from any Govt. recognized University / Institute. | A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field is required. (i) Candidates currently working or who have previously worked in Government or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) must have at least one year of experience at a level one grade below, i.e., in the pay scale of ₹40,000–1,40,000 (IDA) or ₹56,100–1,77,500 (CDA) on a regular basis. OR (ii) Candidates from the Private Sector, Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services must have at least 2 years of experience—out of the total 7 years—in companies listed on the NSE or BSE under Group A or B. Additionally, they must have been earning a minimum annual CTC of ₹9 lakhs for the past year. Desirable: 1.Company Secretary 2. Assistant Manager (Hotel Operation) | Full time Degree in Hospitality Management & Hotel Administration with minimum 55% marks from a Govt. recognized University / Institute in India or equivalent Degree from abroad approved by Govt. of India with minimum 55% marks. | A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in hotel operations or the hospitality industry is required. The candidate’s current or most recent annual CTC must be at least ₹5 lakhs. Desirable: Candidates who have cleared the NHTET and possess at least one year of teaching experience at an NCHMCT-recognized institute will be given preference. |
Chef | Full time Degree in hospitality Management & Hotel Administration with minimum 55% marks from a Govt. recognized University / Institute in India or equivalent Degree from abroad approved by Govt. of India with minimum 55% marks. | A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field is required. Assistant Manager (Legal) | 1st Class Law Graduate | The candidate must have 2 years of experience at the Bar, with at least 1 year of independently handling cases in court. They should also have solid experience and familiarity with Civil, Taxation, Company Law, Labour Law, estate matters, etc., gained either through work in a reputed law firm or as an Assistant Law Officer with 2 years of relevant experience in a PSU or well-known private organization. The present or most recently drawn annual CTC must be no less than ₹5 lakhs |
Assistant Company Secretary | Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. | A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in secretarial work within a listed company is required. The candidate’s current or most recent annual CTC must be at least ₹5 lakhs. Desirable :- Degree in Law. |
