Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Essential: Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Personnel Management or HR, OR Master of Industrial Relation & Personnel Management, OR Master of Personnel Management, OR Master of Social Work (MSW) from a UGC-recognized university.
- Alternative Essential: Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relation, or Human Resource Development from a UGC-recognized university.
- Desirable: A Degree in Law and working knowledge of computers (MS Office, Internet).
Post Qualification Experience
- For MBA/MIRPM/MPM/MSW holders: Minimum 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years in the pay scale of 22,500-80,000 (IDA) or equivalent.
- For Diploma holders: Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in the pay scale of 22,500-80,000 (IDA) or equivalent.
- Private Sector Applicants: Must have a minimum CTC of Rs. 6,80,012 (excluding performance-linked incentives/bonuses) for at least four years.
Selection Process for NHDC Recruitment
- Method of Selection: Candidates will be selected based on a Written Test and Group Discussion held at the NHDC Registered & Corporate Office in Noida.
- Probation: Selected candidates will serve a one-year probation period.
- Application Fee: Rs. 500 for General/OBC candidates. SC, ST, PWD, and internal candidates are exempt from the fee.
- Application Mode: Online application followed by submission of a hard copy by post.
