CGSRLM recruitment Bemetara 2026: The Office of the District Panchayat, Bemetara, has announced a new CGSRLM recruitment for various contractual positions under the Chhattisgarh State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) – “Bihan”. This CGSRLM recruitment drive is specifically looking for eligible native residents of Chhattisgarh to fill block-level vacancies.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Block Project Manager
- Education: Post-Graduate Degree or a two-year Diploma from a recognized university or institution.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in rural development, poverty alleviation, or livelihoods within government/local bodies or NITI Aayog-listed organizations.
2. Area Coordinator
- Education: Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Technical: One-year Computer Diploma/Certificate from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 01 year of relevant block or cluster-level experience in rural development or related sectors following graduation.
General Requirements:
- Residency: Applicants must be native residents of Chhattisgarh State.
- Age Limit: Between 21 and 35 years as of January 1, 2026. Standard age relaxations apply per state government guidelines.
Selection Process for CGSRLM recruitment Bemetara
The final selection will be based on a 100-point merit scale:
- Academic Weightage: Points are awarded based on percentages achieved in 10th, 12th, Graduation, and Post-Graduation (depending on the post).
- Experience: 02 marks per year for general relevant experience (max 10) and 01 mark per year for specific SRLM experience (max 5).
- Assessment: Block Project Manager candidates will attend an Interview (15 marks) , while Area Coordinators will undergo a Written/Skill Test (10 marks).
- Shortlisting: 15 candidates per vacancy will be invited for the final testing/interview phase.
