Eligibility Criteria

- Experience must be from Central/State Government or Local Body Government Aided institutions listed on the NITI Aayog website.
- Age Limit (as of Jan 1, 2026): Minimum 21 years and Maximum 35 years.
- Age relaxation is applicable for Chhattisgarh residents as per state government rules.
- Residency: Candidates must be domiciles of Chhattisgarh.
Selection Process for Recruitment under Zilla Panchayat Bastar Jagdalpur
Selection for this CGNRLM Jagdalpur recruitment will be based on a merit list prepared according to the following weightage:
- Educational Performance:
- Post-Graduation: 35 Marks
- Graduation: 20 Marks
- Higher Secondary (12th): 15 Marks
- Experience:
- General Experience: Up to 10 Marks (2 marks per year after minimum required experience).
- Chhattisgarh SRLM Experience: Up to 05 additional marks (1 mark per year).
