Pay Scale & Academic Levels
The recruited faculty will be placed in the following pay matrices:
- Professor: Rs. 1,44,200 – 2,18,200 (Level-14)
- Associate Professor: Rs. 1,31,400 – 2,17,100 (Level-13A)
- Assistant Professor: Rs. 57,700 – 1,82,400 (Level-10)
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Minimum qualifications are based on UGC Regulations 2018 and University Ordinance-4. Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in the concerned subject (e.g., M.A. in Sociology for the Sociology department) with the minimum percentage specified by UGC.
- Additional Requirements: Candidates may also require Ph.D. or NET/SET qualifications as per specific post requirements.
- Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 65 years as of the last date of application.
