Selection Process for Bhimrao Ambedkar University DBRAU Recruitment
The university employs a rigorous multi-phase selection process based on UGC Regulations 2018 and U.P. State Government rules:
- Assistant Professor: Selection includes a Written Objective Test (40 points) to assess subject knowledge, followed by an assessment of Teaching Skills (20 points) and a final Interview (10 points).
- Associate Professor & Professor: Selection is based on a Consolidated Merit List derived from Academic and API scores, followed by an Interview (20 points).
