Eligibility Criteria
General requirements for all candidates include being over 21 years of age, possessing good character, being of sound health, and having no more than one spouse living. Candidates must also be able to speak, read, and write Odia (M.E. standard).
1. Surveyor-cum-Tracer
- Retired: From the post of Revenue Supervisor, RI, ARI, or Amin with revenue field knowledge.
- Fresh Candidates: Must have passed at least a +3 examination and hold a Diploma in Computer Application (DCA).
2. Senior Assistant
- Retired: From the post of Section Officer or Senior Assistant.
- Fresh Candidates: Must have passed +3 examinations, hold a DCA, and possess knowledge in drafting and office establishment.
3. Computer Operator
- Retired: From a Junior Clerical post with expertise in data entry and basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Fresh Candidates: Must have passed +2 examinations and hold a DCA.
4. Peon
- Retired: From the post of Process Server or Peon.
- Fresh Candidates: Must meet the general age and language requirements.
Note: Retired employees with expertise will be given preference in all categories.
Terms and Conditions for Recruitment at Tahasildar-cum-CALA Koksara Kalahandi
- Conduct: Appointees must abide by Government servant conduct rules.
- Restrictions: Retired employees with pending vigilance cases, criminal prosecutions, or records of misconduct within five years of retirement are ineligible.
- Benefits: Only the consolidated remuneration is paid; there are no additional allowances like pension, EPF, T.A., or D.A..
- Termination: Engagement can be terminated for unsatisfactory performance or misconduct without notice. A one-month notice is required for resignation.
